Cancellation and Waiting Policy

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their request for services through the Blizus mobile application under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation before service assignment: Users can cancel their service request before the assignment of a service provider without incurring any charges.
  • Cancellation after service assignment: If a service provider has been assigned, Users may cancel their request, but cancellation charges may apply as per the cancellation policy of Blizus.
Waiting Policy
  • Users may experience waiting times for the arrival of a service provider, depending on factors such as location, availability, and demand.
  • Blizus endeavors to minimize waiting times for Users; however, Users are advised that waiting times may vary and are subject to the prevailing conditions.
  • Users will be informed of the estimated waiting time upon booking a service through the Blizus mobile application.
  • In case of any delays beyond the estimated waiting time, Users will be notified promptly, and Blizus will make reasonable efforts to expedite the service provision process.
Cancellation Charges
  • If Users cancel their service request after a service provider has been assigned, cancellation charges may apply as per the cancellation policy of Blizus.
  • The cancellation charges, if applicable, will be communicated to Users at the time of cancellation.
Refund Policy
  • User-Initiated Cancellations:
    • If a user cancels a service request before a partner has been assigned, a full refund will be processed.
    • If a user cancels after a partner has been assigned, a cancellation fee equal to the visiting charges will be deducted.
    • No refund will be provided once the partner reaches the service location.
  • Partner-Initiated Cancellations:
    • If a partner cancels a confirmed service request, the user will receive a full refund or can rebook another service.
  • Service Not Delivered or Incomplete:
    • If the service is not provided due to a fault on Blizus’ end, a full refund will be processed.
    • If the service is partially completed, the refund amount will be determined based on the nature of the service and its completion status.
  • Refund Processing Time
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3-7 business days from the date of approval.
    • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Non-Refundable Cases
    • Subscription fees and referral bonuses are non-refundable.
    • Any additional charges paid directly to the service partner are not eligible for a refund via Blizus.
Communication
  • Users will be notified of any changes to their service request status, including cancellations and waiting times, through the Blizus mobile application.
  • Users may also receive communication via email or SMS regarding their service request status and any updates.
Exceptions
  • In exceptional circumstances such as force majeure events or unforeseen circumstances beyond Blizus's control, the cancellation and waiting policy may be subject to modification.
  • Blizus reserves the right to make exceptions to the cancellation and waiting policy in such cases, with due consideration to the circumstances and the impact on Users.

By using the Blizus mobile application and availing of the services provided by Blizus, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the cancellation and waiting policy outlined above. Users are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any updates or changes.
